Felicia Farerre's career as an international recording artist is far-reaching and of unusual depth. She has been dedicated to discovering, developing, and sharing her voice for nearly 40 years as a professional vocalist and musician in the music industry with many impressive credits to her name. She has had a long run as a voice employed for tv, films, and movie trailers from 1983 to the present. Some of her latest cinematic work includes 300: Rise of an Empire, an official trailer for Disney’s Maleficent, an industry album release for Impact Music titled, PURE, and recent public albums released by Two Steps From Hell.

Other notable honors include being awarded the title of Best Female Vocalist by Trailer Music News in 2013 and a nomination for an HMMA award in 2016. Felicia also had the honor of a presence on the Billboard charts at number one for the longest time allowed in association with her work as the lead vocalist of The Taliesin Orchestra.

As a writer; lyricist, Felicia is best known for the lyrics and verse melodies she wrote for Star Sky and You Are Light in collaboration with Two Steps From Hell composer, Thomas Bergersen. She also wrote the title track lyrics for Vanquish (composed by Nick Phoenix), and the lyrics for Wild Heart on the Two Steps From Hell album, Unleashed.

In 2013, after 30 years as a first-call session singer and vocal coach, Felicia self-published a unique vocal methodology book and training program called, Real Singers Don’t Sing; a no-nonsense approach to effectively improve the sound and performance of your voice.

In 2018, Felicia had the vision to create a project and album that would include other female composers and recording artists in the epic music, music for media, and soundtrack genres. In December of 2019, right before the Covid-19 pandemic hit, Felicia officially established the Epic Women group. She invited ten composers and three featured artists to join her in her aim to raise awareness and appreciation of female artists in music and to elevate humanity. A portion of the proceeds from the album will be distributed to COEEF, an organization that provides private education for girls.

Felicia has gained respect as an international recording artist and musician and her gifts as a composer and producer are garnering attention from successful companies in the music industry. Her music compositions are influenced by years of playing the piano, listening to classical music, and soundtracks, and collaborating with well-known composers and producers over the span of her career.

“The masterful voice of Felicia Farerre commands devotion from our ears and our hearts. It is an irresistible voice that beckons us just like the Queen of Fairies who called to Thomas the Rhymer to leave Huntley Bank and follow her forever to the immortal land of the Elves.”

Erik MacAlpine / Celtic Grove
